What is SwiftChange?

SwiftChange is a mobile platform that lets you receive change on your phone after a cash payment. Your change is added to your balance and stored until you wish to deposit the money to your linked bank account.

How does it work?

To use SwiftChange all you have to do is complete a cash transaction as normal. If the transaction results in a change amount, you can add that amount to your balance by opening the app, scanning the code on the store's tablet and confirming the amount. SwiftChange utilizes a unique QR code generated for each transaction that recognises where, when, and how much change is received. 

How do I deposit my balance?

To deposit the money you have saved through SwiftChange tap the Redeem button and your balance will be transferred to your bank account.  If you haven't already linked your bank account prior to redeeming your balance, you will be prompted to do so.

Are my personal details secure?

All data processed by SwiftChange is encrypted with SSL and 256-bit encryption.  That includes your banking, personal and cash transactions. We also don't give or sell any of your data away to third parties. 

How do I make a donation?

There are two ways you can make a donation with SwiftChange. The first is to make a donation directly at the checkout after you receive your digital change. Instead of saving that change in your SwiftChange balance you can choose to donate all or a portion of that change to an official SwiftChange Nonprofit Partner. You can also make donations directly from your saved balance to any of the organizations associated with SwiftChange.
